Grain -- Excellent

Colour -- Vibrant, but blue cast
Contrast -- Strong

This photo demonstrates the very realistic appearance of photos taken on Fujichrome Sensia 100.  Contrast is medium, and the colours are vibrant.  The film has a rather blue cast, but that can be corrected when scanning.

This image had minor colour correction (less blue) and slightly increased exposure when scanned.

Sharpness -- Excellent

This is a cropped 2400 DPI scan from the image above.

This close-up reveals the film's excellent sharpness.  The grain visible in dark areas is partly due to the scanner and not the film.  The shimmer from the exhaust heat is visible, and the trees on either side are clear.  The grain is very fine and does not hinder the detail of the tree branches or doors on the locomotive.

Overall -- Superior clarity, low grain and vibrant (if somewhat blue) colour give this film clear, realistic results.  Grain is often invisible in skies and can just be seen in darker areas.  Practicality is the only major drawback I've found compared to print film.
